MILE School at OPPI Venice

Not just an educational event but a workshop on the future of education

On Sept. 22-24, MILE School was invited to attend a unique educational event organized by the international non-pofit educational organization Oppi. During this event our Founder Mrs Adriana Sorbellini and Mrs Elena Radaelli, MILE School’s ICT Manager, were invited as only Italian school to attend the three-day event of international and intercultural debates and workshops on the future of education at the headquarters of H-Farm.

Immersed in the innovative reality of the most technological start up incubator of H-Farm close to Treviso, Mrs Sorbellini and Radaelli had the chance to share innovative educational  projects together with  speakers such as Sir Jim Knight, the previous British Minister of Labour and Welfare and Education and now managing director at TES Global Ltd, and a Visiting Professor at the London Knowledge Lab of the Institute of Education in London.

They shared opinions and projects with  some other eminent speakers such as Laurie Forcier, Manager, Thought Leadership, Office of the Chief Education Advisor at Pearson plc, and workshop leaders and contributors such as Dan Milne, Director, Performer, Producer, at the London Theatre. Through this experiecne MILE School had the chance to develop an important network of international educational profiles and put the roots therefore for a multifold collaboration with numerous  professionals for MILE’s future innovative projects.
